This is the best chillmat I have ever seen or had. It works perfectly with my laptop the fans blow right in the vents across the top of the underside of my laptop. Finally a chillmat that doesn’t have just fans all over the place these fans are under the vents no where else and force air into the chassis forcing the hot air out the sides and back without overpowering the internal fans. It does what it’s supposed to do supply cool air to the bottom of the laptop and when I turn on the cooler boost with AAA games the GPU and CPU stay cool under 50 degrees all the time giving me over 100 FPS averages on my RTX3080. This is the Best Buy for my laptop ever since I bought it. Oh yea and its thin! I hate the thick bulky chillmats. Check out the pics and notice the vents and fans how they line up. First, I want to give a shout-out to the seller. They sent me an inquiry to make sure it had arrived and I was happy. The first one I got actually wasn't working. The lights came on but the fans didn't turn. So they sent me another without having to return the one that wasn't working. It arrived quickly and works perfectly. Second, I'm super happy with this cooling pad. I read a lot of descriptions and reviews and pros and cons before I finally chose this one because I liked the metal construction AND the placement of the fans high toward the back of the pad. They line up perfectly with the vent placement on my laptop. I also liked that the lights and fan can be adjusted separately, which seems rare with these things. Third, I'm going to recommend this cooling pad for the live streaming laptop at my church because it gets super hot during streams. PROS: Fan placement is perfect for laptops with vents nearer the screen than the middle of the machine. You want your fans to line up with the vents or it won't do a whole lot. Lights and fans can be adjusted separately. The lights have a really great range of functions - I set them to steady green because it matches my laptop and that makes me super happy. The fans have 3 speeds and a little light on the back changes color based on the speed. I ran it on both low and high speed to check my temp while playing Fortnite. Without the fan, I was gaming at around 159F, optimized. With the fan on low, I got 129F and on high it was 123F. The aluminum pad really does help to pull heat away from the laptop, unlike silicone or plastic which tends to hang onto the heat longer. It's not silent but the noise is negligible. I can barely hear it on low. It's still very unobtrusive on high. Rubber feet protect whatever surface it's on. The feet are very sturdy, and you can definitely get enough airflow with them collapsed. It's pretty lightweight but still feels substantial and sturdy. I wouldn't worry about carrying this in my laptop bag. The lip in front has a silicone cover to protect the edge of your laptop. It didn't seem to put any extra load on my laptop while plugged into a USB port, and it has an extra port to replace the one you use. I still got a longer double USB cord so I can plug it into an outlet instead. CONS: It's not a great lap pad because of the variations on the bottom of it, but that's not why I bought it. The retaining lip in front does not fold down, but that doesn't bother me really. It does stick up pretty high, but that's not an issue for me because it's still below the touchpad surface of my laptop. El producto se siente de buena calidad. Incluye su cable USB macho- macho para alimentar el ventilador desde cualquier puerto USB de tu laptop, y este lo conectas a cualquiera de los dos puertos traseros disponibles. El puerto restante lo puedes emplear para conectar por ejemplo un receptor de mouse inalámbrico, que va a funcionar sin problema. Por ello, con un solo puerto de tu laptop podrás tanto alimentar este ventilador y algún otro dispositivo. La velocidad del ventilador es regulable con una perilla en la parte trasera (junto a los puertos USB mencionados), y aún al estar al mínimo se siente que el aire proporcionado es suficiente para las tareas diarias que hagas (dependerá de tu modelo de laptop también, claro está). Personalmente no uso ni encuentro beneficio en la luz LED azul incorporada, pero dependerá también de cada quien y como la vaya a emplear. Por último, el soporte para teléfono es muy útil, y lo es aún más ya que se puede cambiar de lado si es que te llegará a estorbar.
