I bought the rose gold wand vac system about 2.5 months ago, first off- love the charging dock, it’s always ready whenever I need it. Second off- it’s beautiful, rose gold… I love adding a pop of color into my life whenever/wherever I can! Third- I do have a somewhat “small”, 2 bed/1bath apartment with no carpets, it is all tile or hard wood, with a single large rug in the living room so I can not necessarily speak on its function with carpet/shaggy carpet for sure, but it works great on my short rug I have! It works great on all my floors. Fourth- I love how easy this vacuum is to maneuver, it practically drives itself, turns on a dime, gets under a lot of my furniture because of its low profile. Fifth- I do not have kids or pets, it is only me and my husband, but he does tend to get pretty messy. So I just a disclaimer that I can’t speak on its capability to get dog hair or childrens messes. I have never owned a stick vac before. My vacuum before this was a large Dyson ball vacuum, which I hated, but continued to use, for many years. I splurged and bought this, and I love the versatility, all the ways you can take it apart and use it and the attachments. Caray súper práctica, tenemos la otra marca si la inglesa la cual también tengo es más cara y muy muy útil, pero esta Shark la uso en el piso superior todos los días y es tan útil que bueno para que moverla de piso no quiero, la cosa es que me da temor que se me caiga no se vería bien, si se rayara su pintura. We've been using this vac for a year and a half as our main house vac. Although we have a great plug-in canister vac, I got tired of schlepping it around, so I ordered this Shark to see what it could do. It has many PROS, and two potential downsides. PROS: 1. It is very light. Easy to pick up and maneuver in tight spaces. Also easy to use on carpeted stairs. 2. It folds flat, so I can catch all of the dust bunnies lurking under our bed. and furniture. 3. The upper half is removable so you.can use it without the floor attachment to reach into tight corners. 4. The floor/carpet attachment is pretty gutsy, There's a button on the handle that amps it up for rugs, etc. 5. The charging/attachment stand occupies little floor space. Easy to store. 6. Emptying is easy. Just pop off the upper wand (easy) and empty it in your waste bin. POTENTIAL CONS: 1. The battery life is relatively short, not enough for the whole house. I bought a backup battery on Amazon, and swap it when needed. 2. The dust collector is pretty small, so you have to empty it periodically if doing a large job. 3. Speaking of easy emptying...The empty latch is close to the power switch. Be careful not to push it during cleaning (Learned from experience!) FINAL THOUGHTS: We don't need our canister vac. This vac does everything we need. If you have a big house or wall to wall carpeting, you might need a heftier machine. Read more
