The grape flavor is good. Reminds me of sweet tarts, but not quite as tart. A tiny bit chalky but better than expected. Lots of fillers/binders in the product though. I was hoping they were more pressure condensed versus chemical binding. I’m stacking them with peptides and have noticed a slight difference since adding these. I’m not expecting a huge difference though, as most of the benefit is biochemical, and will have a greater opinion after a full month of use. If my opinion diverges much I’ll update this review. I have gone through the many different trials of using creatine. Some would mix perfectly while others would leave a lot of residual powder in the bottom of the cup. These chewable tablets make it extremely easy to consume with no hassle at all. After the first few bites of the moderately sized tablets, it becomes powdered and easy to swallow. Think of it as a fruit punch Fun Dip powder but without as much sugar. It honestly tastes great which makes it even easier to consume on a daily basis. I am a regular at taking creatine to help with muscle building and endurance. I highly recc if you weight lift and have not started already, BUT this review is not about Creatine the supplement in general is it?? This product is amazing and I am so happy it exists. I was so TIRED of my creatine in powder form ( will not name other brands ) staying at the bottom of my glass. I dreaded drinking that grainy white end of cup devil stuff. I honestly would just stop drinking that and probably lost out on at least a gram that I could have been ingesting. I looked for other solutions and even tried to dissolve the powder form in warmer water??? but no one wants to drink WARM pre-workout with their creatine. Anyways, this product saved my long lasting problem. Taste and Texture: Its actually not bad. It is grainy when chewing, but its a supplement so its not like you are expecting a chocolate bar and yes it is tolerable. My boyfriend looks forward to eating them, and I honestly just have it apart of my routine in the AM and could not care less. Convenience: I am always in a hurry, and I love how I can just grab some and go. I don’t need to dissolve them in liquid or have to worry about bringing a drink with me. Amount? : You get quite a few for what you pay for. The serving size suggest eating 4 a DAY, but that is if you want to take 5 grams. 5 grams is a lot of creatine unless you’re loading. Normal dose is between 2-3.5, so I take two (I weigh 160, box and weight-lift) and my boyfriend who is bigger (around 210 and weight-lifts) takes three. These are not the best flavor in the world but they are not bad at all, they are creatine chews after all. I am willing to pay extra for the convenience of not having to mix up a drink every time with powder, time is money and this saves time. Results are just fine for me but I'm not a body builder, just regular lifting with normal weights and I can definitely tell a difference when I am not taking this, that is my gauge for effectiveness anyways.
