The headset works wonderfully! I'd love for a Bluetooth version to come out sometime so I can use it with my phone. It looks great and I wouldn't mind wearing it out in public. The ear cups are plush and don't leave Mt head feeling sweaty, and best of all they don't push down on my glasses and leave an impression on the side of my head. 10/10 for comfort. Noise cancelation could be a bit better, I can see these being used in a Cafe or Starbucks, but would likely have to switch to earbuds or something to block out the background noise. However, it works well at home and have no complaints there. Battery life is great, however it would be nice to have some audible click or visual representation as to much much battery is left. I've used it for about a day and haven't had to charge it yet. Having this QoL change would be game changing. The only other thing I can say is to have an audible on and off beep for when the mic is live or not. All in all, would recommend! Looking forward to newer versions with QoL changes in the future. Bought this after hearing great reviews of the brand, though I'm a little sad I missed out on the sale for $80 on hyte.com's website. Really comfy even after 12 hour gaming sessions, audio quality and battery life are also the absolute best at this price point! Only minor downside is the mic sometimes cuts out every now and then, but way better than all of the other "gaming" brands I've tried. I was in the market for a new gaming headset and heard about HYTE from a case I was looking at, the y60. End up buying the case and loving it! the build quality of the case is amazing so I thought I give this a try. Why not! price seems reasonable. And I must say I’m pleasantly surprise. Sound quality is excellent for this price point and it’s suuuuper comfy. I could use these as pillows if that's my last resort. The range on this is also shockingly good and the construction just doesn’t have that cheap feel. The headset is great. It required no setup, I just plugged in the dongle and it was ready to go. It looks cool, I like the color and style of it. I wore it on twitch and people asked what headset it was because they also thought it looked really nice. The sound was good, I was able to hear footsteps in games and it felt like there was surround, even though it doesn't say there is. Music sounds good. There is good bass and vocals are clear. The microphone is okay. My friends can hear me on discord clearly and that is all I care about. The earcups and headband are comfortable. The foam is plushy so I was able to wear them for hours without them hurting my ears or head. The battery lasts multiple days. I just plug it in after every night so it hasn't died on me.
