I was a bit worried when I received the box that it was missing the listed lat pull down bar, as quite a few reviews had this as an issue. in fact I started the returns process without even opening it. But I finally decided to check and its actually a very compact 3 piece design for the lat bar, no idea how they managed to fit it in the box, all the pulleys are nylon and work very well, overall for the price its worth it if you've got a rack at home and don't want to spend big to get some cable work done. very recommended for those who want a change from resistance bands.
