I really do like the chair but the build quality for such an expensive product is really lackluster. Lean forward and it clunks. Lean back again and it clunks in the other direction. Rearrange yourself in the chair and it squeaks... and this is AFTER what I would consider and adequate break in period. As for the chair, the seat is really firm which for me is good. The back doesn't go back 90 degrees but it does go back far enough to be really comfy. The magnetic features including the headrest pillow are top notch with super strong magnets. If it wasn't for the wobble and squeak, this would be the perfect chair. Maybe I just got one made on a Friday as it doesn't seem like my friends have the same issue with their Secret Lab chairs. Bought as a gift for son and I think it is the best ever purchase. Very well packaged, fantastic quality and son built it on his own in a short space of time. It comes with its own tool kit. It is extremely comfortable - we gave all had a sit in it and all commented on how comfortable it is.. the magnetic detachable head rest is a great addition. Well this is a well-made chair even down to the packaging sturdy I got the extra large for durability lumbar supports great the pillows nice but the imitation leather is more like the quality of spandex I am disappointed though by one thing they only had it in one color of black and white I would have preferred to had the all black or the black with gold letters but beggars can't be choosers but nevertheless it seems like it's a chair that's going to last a long time Read more
