Brightness adjustment allows use in a darker room without blinding you. Claims to include a built in battery to avoid losing time, date when power is removed. Have a 7 year old who wants to be able to tell time , and set his own alarm, and this was easy to read for him, he loves the difference colors, and the brightness, and all the cute functions. It is very loud, so he can hear his alarm, and the setup was super simple he can set his own alarm now. Well worth it, haven’t found one this quality for this type of price. Read more

This is very nice digital clock. What you see is what you get. The only problem is it doesnt work with the battery only. You have to plug it in so it will work which is not much of an issue for me since the power cord is long enough so you can still hang it on the wall.
