Das Noise canceling ist nur für das Mikrofon und blendet Nebengeräusche für den Gesprächspartner aus. Die Wirkung ist ganz gut für diese Preisklasse. Wunder darf man aber nicht erwarten. Ich bin begeistert von der Möglichkeit PC u. Telefon gleichzeitig zu koppeln. Das Dongle verbindet sich problemlos mit dem Headset, Kopplung mit Telefon auch problemlos. Sprachqualität ist gut, Musik ist für die Preisklasse entsprechend. Man darf hier nicht die Qualität von Bose, JBL,Sennheiser, oder Sony erwarten. Dafür ist das Headset aber auch deutlich preiswerter. Ideal für Videocalls am Rechner, nebenbei Musikhören und auch Telefonate mit dem Handy ohne umschalten zu führen. Tragekomfort ist ok. Dieses Headset kann ich nur empfehlen! Ich benutze es seit fünf Monaten. Der Kopfhörer hat einen super Klang und das Mikrofon filtert wirklich alle Töne im Hintergrund raus. Das Mikrofon gibt einen klaren Ton wieder, so dass mich der gegenüber sehr gut versteht. Leider ist nach 5 Monaten das Mikrofon kaputt gegangen. Der Support ist sehr, sehr gut! Er antwortet sehr schnell, gibt Tipps wie man versuchen kann, dass alles wieder läuft! Dies war bei mir leider nicht der Fall! Packaging sympa (très chouette étui de rangement), appairage aisé à l'ordinateur. Son de qualité lors des appels, discussions claires, pas de craquements, rien, c'est nickel. I work from home and it was very embarrassing whenever some external noise would creep in my mic and reach my clients and colleagues. I tried Krisp, RTX voice but nothing worked well enough. Either my voice got chopped or muffled whenever there was noise or it just sounded really bad. After suffering through this issue for years with regular headphones, lavalier mics, earphones and even a podcast mic, I finally decided to give this a try. I am glad to say it has surpassed my expectations. There's literally people shouting outside and still only my voice is going through to my meetings. This isn't an ANC mic which means it won't reduce noise that you're hearing but it'll remove noise that's going through your microphone. This is a must have headphone for any work from home person or even interviews. Tip: Use the sound recorder in your pc using this headphone and other headphones and you'll see the difference. People seriously need to read product descriptions closer. I noticed a lot of reviews for this product complaining about how this headset isn’t noise canceling. Well, the company advertises this headset as having a noise canceling MIC (the part you talk into) - it is not noise canceling to the wearer (the part you hear). To clarify, if you are in a loud setting (like my office) the person on the other end of your call can hear your voice crystal clear without hearing all the background noise behind you. However, YOU will still hear the background noise (although muffled quite a bit due to the around-the-ears fit). So, I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s exactly as described - has a noise canceling mic. It’s also very comfortable (i wear it almost all day to listen to music when not in meetings). First of all, the headphones are very-very decent. I use them at work for meetings. My favorite feature is the muting the microphone when I raise it up :) And separate appreciation to the EKSA customer service. It is just brilliant: very prompt and efficient.
