I replaced by speedo duffel style bag with this arena one and am loving it. There are two "wet" areas which is handy. One inside where I can put my suit, cap etc after the pool. There is also an external pocket where I keep my sandals. There are two zippered pockets on either side - good for shampoo or small water bottle. There is also a mesh compartment on the outside of those pockets where you can put additional things/ phone etc or goggles. Inside is very roomy.
