I have been using this product for about 5 months. I am an active person and I was already losing weight, but after taking these, I saw my weight fall off a lot faster and saw the inches melt away. I am now down 2 pant sizes. I have plenty of energy without the jitters, nausea and side effects. The only negative side effect can sometimes be dry mouth. However, drinking plenty of water fixes that. I do also watch my diet and food intake. All of this combined, I have been satisfied with my progress. I can definitely tell when I do not take them, but I would not say they are addictive. I am just a little less focused and tire more easily toward the end of the day. I do not take two a day. One works for me. I would also say you will #2 in the bathroom more while taking this. Not diarhea, just more regular # 2's. Which was great for me as I suffer from IBS and can be very irregular.
