I bought this machine to use when traveling. I have experience with a lot of similar machines and this was a decent price point compared to some of the name brands. I will start by saying that this works pretty well, the cuts are clean and crisp. Sometimes you have to crank pretty hard, but the output quality is good. I could have given this five stars except that they misrepresent that it will cut 3.5 inch items. The plate is absolutely not 3 1/2 inches wide, it is only 3 inches wide. Just be aware, because if you are buying this to do dies that are 3 1/2 inches they will not fit on the provided plates. There is a little give in the slot, so if you had plates that were 3 1/2 inches wide, they might fit through there. But the fact is you don’t get those plates so it is a misrepresentation to say that it’s 3 1/2 inches. Otherwise is a decent machine for the price, very compact. Read more
