I'm still using it but I had to put a safety pin at the end to keep the zipper together. I'll take the time to sew it one day but not happy that I even have to. The backpack is a good size, soft leather, and feels quality. Looks good. I have enough room to store essentials. This is a purse and should be considered as such. I was impressed with this bag. Good quality. One zip did break after several days of use which was disappointing but I was still able to use the bag as it was a double zipped compartment. I used this bag non stop in Bali for 5 days, moving it on and off my back a lot, not going anywhere without it. It still looks brand new apart from broken zip. It held a lot of bits and weight so is good quality. Has a really good number of pockets and also deep secure pocket inside with zip so felt my valuables (money purse) could be secure and hidden. The side drink bottle pockets are small so we stored sanitizer and nozzle spray in there and small drink bottle inside the bag. The straps withheld a good amount of weight. Material is a nice quality and feels good, did not scuff at all. I will buy another one in a new colour to use at home for outings. Love the it can be used as backpack or shoulder bag.
