I guess I should've looked at the reviews, but nowhere on the bottle or label does it mention Menthol or Peppermint or anything of the sort. It's like swallowing mouthwash. Will certainly feel clean going down but it can definitely be off-putting at times with just how overwhelmingly pungent it is. Wish they'd tone that down a little. I recommend taking these after brushing your teeth so at least the mintiness will compliment your toothpaste. Other than that, a decent multivitamin.
