This is a longer term review as I have owned the unit for some months now and I have to say it is excellent. First off, the build quality and design are excellent. It feels very well constructed and solid in appearance. Yes, it is a little weighty, but given the power reserve on offer here it has to be. It charges relatively quickly with the right power input coming in and the screen showing the progression of charge and time remaining is very useful. It has shown me how different chargers and leads vary on the power they feed and this in itself has become invaluable. I have a macbook pro 16 as well as tablets, phones and other devices in the house. This unit charges them all with ease and very very quickly. It is very comforting to know I can travel with this and know I can recharge just about anything with a USB socket over and over. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I bought this for an upcoming trip I have. I had to get a beefy output to charge my msi claw. This portable battery does the job and more. It was able to charge my claw and iPad at the same time. So I’m set, the only downside is the battery size but it’s not like it as a surprise. Just for the price wish it was a bit more battery. After very tedious and difficult communication, with lots of questions from the seller and asking to provide video evidence but not answering my questions as to how to do this (no e-mail address and Amazon doesn't allow video attachments or links), they informed me that the warranty has expired. Either my phone (iphone 15 pro max) gives me the warning “cannot use accessory - this accessory uses too much power” or the powerbank displays “UVP - Low Voltage Detected - Do Not Use”. I also tried charging different phones (and different cables) with no success. I barely used it with just 8 battery cycles and 100% battery health.
