There’s really no need for something this big and heavy. This product takes 5 hours to charge using a very fast charger, and it only gives about four times charges my iPhone and Samsung phones (mah 3240+mAh4300) before it’s completely off! I honestly don’t see any standout feature that makes this product worth it. The size and weight are way over the top. I wanted to return it, but the return window already closed—even though I only opened it two days ago. I have a Samsung 2000 power bank that can recharge devices four times too, same devices ( (mah 3240+mAh4300) but it’s way smaller and lighter. This one is supposed to be 2400, so it should be better, right? My advice: don’t go for this size unless you’re planning to leave it in one place and not carry it around. It only charges fast for the first 10 minutes, then slows down like any other power bank. Honestly, I think Anker should recall this product and offer a better version that actually reflects the quality we expect from the Anker brand. Read more

This is a longer term review as I have owned the unit for some months now and I have to say it is excellent. First off, the build quality and design are excellent. It feels very well constructed and solid in appearance. Yes, it is a little weighty, but given the power reserve on offer here it has to be. It charges relatively quickly with the right power input coming in and the screen showing the progression of charge and time remaining is very useful. It has shown me how different chargers and leads vary on the power they feed and this in itself has become invaluable. I have a macbook pro 16 as well as tablets, phones and other devices in the house. This unit charges them all with ease and very very quickly. It is very comforting to know I can travel with this and know I can recharge just about anything with a USB socket over and over. I cannot recommend it highly enough. So I’m set, the only downside is the battery size but it’s not like it as a surprise. Just for the price wish it was a bit more battery. Initially the product was really good, but after using it for 3 months it stopped charging anything properly. Either my phone (iphone 15 pro max) gives me the warning “cannot use accessory - this accessory uses too much power” or the powerbank displays “UVP - Low Voltage Detected - Do Not Use”. I also tried charging different phones (and different cables) with no success. I barely used it with just 8 battery cycles and 100% battery health.
