Ordered for Christmas. My son opened it up and the trigger was already broken. Won't light up or make sounds at all. Trigger just sits all the way back. I pulled the tab so the batteries work so I know it isn't that. Really disappointing. Read more

Summary: In short, get them. Your kids will like them if they like guns. They're very cool. Yes, the plastic is not solid so if they break with a drop on a hard surface, maybe the manufacturer will help you out (if not, leave a one star review). More detail: I got this and another gun from this brand for my nine year old for Christmas. They sound, look, and feel great. I even enjoy playing with my sons with these (my 2.5 year old also loves them). I agree with another viewer that the plastic is not the strongest but they have survived so far. But if they suffer a drop on a solid surface, not sure what will happen. I don't know why China in general can't seem to produce quality products. I wish these were made in Japan. That said, I feel the price is too high for the build quality. However, the cool factor is there and other toy gun brands were restricted in my area (ridiculous), so I got these and I'm satisfied so far. In short, get them.
