Update: After trips of four North American cities and one Asian city, I am just so glad the luggage held up well. Sure, there were minor scratches here and there but the checked luggage did well and was pretty much unscathed. You will love the carry on luggage too; it was so easy navigating the maze and gates of international airports (escalators, moving walkways, elevators, stairs, carpets, tiles - with the spinner wheels making it so easy for you, moving around was a breeze). Some recommendations: 1) Again, if you are a frequent traveller with 2 checked luggage, you'll be better off buying 2 pieces of 28-inch and 1 piece of carry on 20-inch. 2) If the airline mishandles your checked luggage, there's a possibility the zipper handles may get misaligned and damage the TSA lock on the side. For my next trip, I would buy extra TSA locks instead of using the side lock. It would be easier to open the extra lock. At one point, because the zipper handles and TSA lock on the side were misaligned due to airline mishandling, I had a tough time opening the lock. This can be avoided by not using the TSA lock on the side. Amazon sells stand alone TSA lock. It would be worth the extra purchase. Trust me, you don't want to encounter a scenario where you're not able to unlock the TSA lock on the side. Overall, the luggage did well and my recommendation stands. La maleta chica la he usado constantemente, mi trabajo me requiere estar practicamente 3 semanas fuera del mes, la uso en mi carro y como maleta de cabina en vuelos, primero que nada me resisitia a este tipo de maletas, tenía 3 años usando una Samsonite de tela, la maleta es sorprendente en su capacidad, mi maleta vieja esa mas grande (24") y es comparable, hasta el momento ha resistido bien y con gran capacidad. La maleta grande hice un viaje de León- México- Amsterdam- Tel-Aviv. salí con 25 kgs y regresé con 29kgs sin problema alguna, rodó muy bien en los aeropuertos con el peso y todo se ve bien. Los rayones son de esperarse, aunque en realidad no la veo muy dañada. Espero cuando menos 2 años de uso en la pequeña y con las otras no las uso tanto, mi esposa compró una Samsonite Mediana, será punto de comparación. Contento con la compra. Read more

I needed a rolling bag to take as carry-on luggage on a plane, and so I settled on this pair -- and I'm so glad I did. While I'm not entirely sure if the rolling bag itself could take years and years of grueling punishment, it's definitely not going to fall apart anytime soon. The materials seem sturdy and well thought-out, and the arrangement of the pockets in both bags is quite nice and thoughtful. There's a decent number of compartments that are easily accessible if you need to pull something out at the airport, and the main section of the bag is easily locked and secured. The second, smaller bag fits easily inside the larger one for storage (which, as a warning, is how they come, don't worry about missing it in the box); it also fits nicely on the handle to easily transport it when walking. And, on a related note, the wheels are nice and glide well. I had the best time wheeling it around the Atlanta airport. I have zero complaints, especially since I paid just around $100 for both of these bags. They'll last me (a person who doesn't travel much) a long time to come, I'm sure. Read more

I am blown away by this carry on luggage set. It is beautiful - I got the cranberry colour and it’s gorgeous. It seems to be constructed really well, the wheels roll so smoothly and the handle isn’t wobbly. It has the built in lock (which was really important to me) and the lining is very nice. Amazing product for the price. But then they just blew me away. It also came with a coordinating travel bag that is constructed so well. I really thought it would feel cheap, but far from it. It’s perfect. It’s got a built in sleeve to go over the handle of the carryon. It has zippered external pockets on both sides, plus an opening on the side perfect for my water bottle. The bag is so roomy. And it gets better. It also came with a toiletries bag! Same colour, same quality. I’m over the moon and can’t wait to use it. This luggage set is a dream. Lightweight, yet rugged (hard sided), beautifully made with lots of zippered compartments. I got the mint green color and it is so pretty! The zippers are sturdy, each piece is expandable (even the personal bag/duffle bag--which, by the way, slips over the handle of any of the suitcases in this set). Each suitcases also has TSA approved zipper locks. The wheels are incredibly smooth and super quiet. I can't say enough good about this set.
