I've been using the Blue Yeti for over a month. It's works and sounds great for a budget microphone. The mic and it's stand are composed of metal giving them a high quality feel. I prefer to mount my microphone which is why being able to mount it on a mic arm is a must have. Please note, you will need to download and install it's software if you want to obtain it's full audio quality. The raw audio input is a little bit of a let down, since it struggles to pick up your voice from a distance unless your practically breathing on it. The software does a great job fixing this plus it also allows you customize your Blue Yeti according to your specific voice. This mic however is quite visually large and bulky.
