I purchased this fitness watch to monitor my health conditions. It cost more than another brand fitness watch I owned that finally stopped operating after 4 years. That device has been discontinued, or I would have purchased another one. I wore that device to a wellness gym, owned by a hospital, 3 days a week and it's readings compared to their hospital quality devices. Unfortunately, this TANK watch did not perform even close to the lower cost device I previously owned. I opened the box, installed the wrist band, and connected the device to a 5V USB charger with the provided cable. I left it connected until the word "Finish" appeared on the screen. I opened the Da Fit app on my phone, and connected it to the watch. I set the settings and filled out the profile information. I walked to the bottom of my stairs and put the watch on my wrist. The steps and distance were "zero" (0). I walked the 14 steps up the stairs to my loft. I looked at the watch. It indicated I had taken 88 steps and traveled .04 miles, which is 211.2 feet. I hardly think that information is even close to being accurate since I took only 14 steps and traveled maybe 20 feet. Later that evening I was laying in bed watching TV for an hour. I took my blood pressure and pulse with the watch. It indicated my blood pressure was 140/87, and pulse 91. I put on my professional blood pressure cuff as provided by the United States Veterans Administration. It indicated a blood pressure of 111/67, and a pulse of 70. This particular fitness watch I received is not accurate enough to even consider keeping and using to monitor my health conditions. And THAT'S what it is advertised to do, and I bought it for. I will be returning it for a refund, and NOT exchanging it. I will seek another brand that can provide more accurate results to better serve my health. Read more

More important info. I'm submitting this after my initial review. I'm sending my watch back. I meant everything I said below, but I found the blood pressure and oxygen levels are not accurate with doctor's. Too far off. Even heart rate off a bit. The BP is the reason I wanted it. That's important to me. So, it goes back. So sorry. I loved it. Hopefully there is one out there that works. Im trying one more time. That's it. ============ Love the look. Especially the military look. Easy to set up and use. I was looking for one that did blood pressure. Main reason I bought this. I didn't give it 5 star in everything. Only because I just got it. It came partially charged. I'm fully charging it now. And, I'm not sure of all accuracy yet because of just starting to use it. But, since it got high remarks from others on that, that is one reason I bought it. I just returned MorePro Firness Tracker because that was a dud. Do not buy it. Nothing worked right. See update edits at bottom... Very impressive battery life. I initially charged the watch to 100% the day I received it. It's been 26 days, and I'm just about to charge it for the second time since it's at 6%. This is with heat rate monitoring set to every 10 minutes. I've never had a watch this price point last more than 9-10 days max. Beyond that-it has a decent, basic complement of features. It seems to go into a no connection funk regularly if you're too far away from your phone, so even when you return you need to trip the app to trigger the connection to resume. This doesn't affect data collection, just notifications from the phone. Very rugged so far. Went swimming with it & it performed flawlessly even when drenched. Probably clunky for smaller wrists, but fits mine great. I don't like the smaller ones I've had in the past. I'll update review if I notice more issues, though. EDIT #1: Charged it today, over 29 days since the last time. Right after the previous charge, I set it to check pulse every 5 minutes, more than twice what it was during the last charge-yet it somehow lasted over 3 days longer. Very impressive battery life, working fine otherwise. I think I'll look into a new band, the OEM just isn't the style I'm used to-otherwise it's been great. Edit #2: charged it overnight, 21 days since the last time. I have everything I can think of set to maximum battery usage, and still 21 days. Impressive. Edit #3: watch itself still has amazing battery life. However, I no longer get notified of texts & calls. The app still updates the health stuff though-so don't know if it's a watch or app glitch. I bought this watch back in July and it's been super awesome , was waiting to do a review until I had it for a bit of time. The only thing I dislike about it , is that sometimes it needs to be re-synced to the phone every so often and the app is constantly running. The battery life is absolutely amazing and can go almost 2 weeks on a single charge. I went on a 20 mile , 3 day backpack trip and it tracked my calories burned , overall miles , and heart rate. This is a great watch for the price. The most important thing to me about this watch is that it can take a huge beating. I work in a Shipyard as a mechanic so I'm constantly having to crawl into tight spots , bash my body against all sorts of hard and dirty objects , and also welding or running a torch of some kind to cut huge chunk of metal. At first , I'd cringe whenever I'd smack the watch against something or it get snagged on whatever just because I didn't know the full quality and life expectancy of this watch. After a few weeks I stopped caring because I knew this was a solid buy and it's a very rugged watch. This watch has been great and when eventually it dies out , I'm going to go with the Tank M2 model just because that one supports calling from the watch itself. This M1 model only gives you incoming messages and shows you who.is calling you but you can't make outgoing calls from this watch. All and all , a great watch though. Read more

Within 4 months watch display is gone..

The product is bad. As soon as I entered the sea, it gave me a charging warning. It closed and never opened again. I'm trying to contact the seller. No one is helping

I give one star cause there is no less, got it and everything was perfect, charged according to the instructions and worked fine for about 10 hours and suddenly the touch screen got off and that was it! Better get another product , just add a bit more money and get something that works.
