After 5 months of use, virtually brand new, this freezer broke down, apparently the pc board was faulty (according to the Hisense technician). I was out of the country and all my frozen meat and perishables went bad. Hisense was the worst to deal with and refused to replace or refund me. The freezer was not usable as the smell from the food gone bad (even after washing it out) was still so strong. In addition Hisense was not empathetic to the loss of my perishables which was in the freezer. I have lost all faith in their products and will never purchase their brand again. Worst customer service and faulty/defective products! Thanks to Amazon, they refunded me so I could purchase another brand freezer. Read more
