C’était une simple serpillière qui glissait derrière le robot et qui traînait la saleté dans toute la maison. Aujourd’hui , l’ecovacs deebot x1 omni, entretient d’une manière parfaite la maison. Il est autonome . Bien sûr , il faut remettre de l’eau, jeter l’eau usée mais quel gain de temps . Nous somme 5 à la maison et un chien en plus et la maison est nickel . This is a great unit and was very easy to setup and use. we were up and running in under 5 minutes Pros: Easy to setup and get going in under 5 minutes. Works very well and the mopping feature is great. My wife loves the auto mop cleaning capability. I use the home patrol feature when I am at work. Cleans very well and avoids any hazards like furniture and the odd shoe lying around. The app is very good and easy to use and spend time allowing the complete mapping to complete for the best results. The actual cleaning is better than we can do with a handheld mop - we have hybrid floor boards and it cleans them without any streaking or residue. Also the cleaning and mopping is very fast and the vacuum gets to work very quickly. I would highly recommend this unit. Cons: The voice commands don't always work as expected and you have to speak clearly to it so it can understand you. not a deal breaker as the mobile app fills the gap. I had the ecovac deebot T8+ for over a year, and got this one few days back, and its amazingly good if not the best of the best. The only downside is that it will not go on carpets if it has the rotating moping pads installed. Battery life is good enough to clean your whole apartment/vila. Expensive but worth it. Read more

After moving house, I decided to get a new robot vacuum to help me. I am very curious about the capabilities of the X1 omni. One day after placing my order, I received my home helper! It really has a lot of amazing abilities, I can actually check my room with it, I can use it to see if my kids are in danger! And very clearly！Of course it all happens with my permission! This is one of my best buy. Although I gave 4 starts only for looking next model with few improvement. Product is excellent. Clean your home 95% of area. You need to work on corner. Why do we buy a Robot vacuum cleaner? For convenience, right? Well let me tell you something, this machine is not convenient! The quality of the components, station and overall cleaning performance is pretty good but mopping function is "meh" at most. It requires 2 complete runs to actually clean very smooth tiles in my house. Although there's a heat dryer for the mopping pads, they get smelly just after some days so that function is not working great either. However, the worst and the most horrible thing about the robot is not that. Everything about cleaning, performance etc. they're all nothing when your robot constantly gets offline and you have to open the lid, turn it off and on, then re-setup to connect wifi every couple of days is just horrendous. There's no help in the internet, I couldn't find any support that can help and now I have an extremely expensive retarded robot in my house. I could give 3 stars but being "the most expensive" machine and having such a technological flaw makes it even worse. I'm frustrated as I cannot even sell it second hand because the price drops so high that I cannot buy a decent robot afterwards. I recommend going with other brands. I tried Ecovacs first and last time. EDIT! Not even 1 year old and one of the side brush rotors already died. I tried but found no official address or phone number for Dubai. I wish I have never bought this product! I'm dropping my review one more star to 1 star. If there was a zero star, I'd give that. Purchased in August 22 with 1 year warranty and bought extended 1 year warranty. Robot was working fine until after 2 months of light usage when it start giving error, "CANNOT MOVE FURTHER, CHECK THE DRIVING WHEEL". Robot has been kept clean. Wrote seller feed back to contact me & it's been more than 2 working days now. Update April 23: Seller replaced with new unit, working perfectly since last 6 months.
