This piece of equipment came highly recommended by my daughter who does deep research before buying anything. I always thought these items were a joke, but I took her recommendation and purchased one. I have no regrets! This cleaning tool has made it possible for me to do the kind of cleaning I always used to do before fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis severely limited my ability to keep our home clean. I still can't do it all, but now I can do much more than I was able to do before. The brush holds a charge for a reasonable amount of time, so by the time it runs out of power so do I and I have to stop anyway. The motor is surprisingly powerful and doesn't bog down easily. The brushes are stiff enough to do the job without destroying the surface being cleaned. My favorite brush is the cone shaped brush for getting into tight spaces. It's perfect for scrubbing the corners and along the edges of our kitchen floor which are missed by every other tool that we own. There is also a good variety of brush heads and cleaning cloth add-ons to do any job you need to tackle. With this brush and my old office chair (with a dead riser piston, stripped of it's back and arms) I can clean almost anything! The one thing that would improve this set would be the ability to buy extra brushes to prevent cross-contamination from one part of the house to another. I ordered this with high expectations and it did not disappoint me. I was looking for a tool that would help me with labour intensive jobs around the house that require a good amount of elbow grease and scrubbing. It has made cleaning my shower so much easier and faster. In the past, I would need to scrub off the soap scum off our acrylic tubs and showers with a magic’s eraser and a lot of scrubbing effort. Now, I simply spray the tub and shower down, wait for the fumes to dissipate, select the correct end pop it on, hit start and pretty effortlessly scrub away. I did find it a little awkward the first time using it, but once you get a feel for it you are good to go. It is great for washing floors as well. It stays charged a good amount. Charging is simple, lift tab and plug it in-(comes with the charging end) There are three pieces to the handle including the motorized end for your desired length. The head is at a fixed angle. Includes multiple brush ends. I bought this primarily for cleaning my shower. Yes, I can scrub and do it all manually, but this thing makes cleaning so much easier. It's great for getting into those ridges and bumpy areas and makes quick work of it. This comes with different attachments which is nice for corners versus flat floors or glass doors. I have just received my electric scrubber and used once already. I am very happy with the results. It saves a lot of time and energy. It has great power and comes with different attachments suitable for many purposes making the cleaning process very easy and efficient. So far, I have just used the sponge and it worked great. Easy to assemble and switch the heads. The o my issue so far is that the longer handle comes a little bit loose after some rotations, so I had to stop to tighten it.The customer service is very helpful and quickly responded to my email when I complained about the damages on the large brush.They promptly said they would send two new large brushes.
