Laptop looked new with no scratches. Screen looks great. Only had for a couple of days so far but no issues. Upgraded to Windows 11 Pro and downloaded the Dell SupportAssist program and updated all of the drivers and programs. Touch screen is very responsive with no flaws. The laptop has a battery issue. It only lasts around 1 hour, reaching about 70–60%, and then suddenly drops to 6–7% before shutting down completely within 5 minutes. LLego en muy buen estado algunos rasgunos pequenos en el chasis pero nada visual, solo los exigentes lo verian, es memoria ddr3 pero no hay diferencia con una ddr4 de esa epoca, asi que no hay problema ni diferencias notorias, la bateria me vino con 92% de vida muy buena dura bastatnte para su tamano, el ssd tal vez sea el mas perjudicial ya que lleva mucho tiempo de uso, pero es completamente funcional, aparte este se puede cambiar y actualizarlo, el material del chasis es tipo aluminio recubierto de algo gomoso, dando un feel exelente, el cargador no es original pero es de 65w buena potencia, este igual se podria actualizar por uno de 90w, esta lap no trae huella, tambien hay que descargar controladores para utilizar la camara infraroja,y si tu laptop no se bloquea al cerrarla es problema del bios hay que resetearlo Read more

Hice el pedido el 9 de Enero pero no se envió hasta el 15 y me llegó el 22. Me preocupaba un poco que la importación fuera tardada o me cobraran extra pero no fue así, el proceso fue de un día y no se me cobró nada más. La laptop esta como nueva, no le he encontrado algún detalle estético. La pantalla es súper nítida y el touch funciona perfectamente, me encanta poder manipular la pantalla con los dedos, acercar, alejar, deslizar, etc. Y también usarla como tablet, no se siente frágil al doblarla. Teclado funcionando bien, el único detalle sería que no tiene Ñ y los símbolos son diferentes ya que está en inglés. No he podido usarla mucho todavía, ya que es para mi uso personal y tengo otra para mi trabajo, pero hasta el momento no se ha trabado ni corrido lentamente. La batería le dura bastante, la he cargado sólo dos veces en dos semanas, pero como comenté, la he usado máximo dos horas cada 3 días desde que la recibí. Received the laptop a week after I ordered it, 3 days earlier than the projected date. Day 1: Received Dell Latitude 7390 2 in 1. Looked brand new out of the box. The 65w charger even looked brand new. Booted right up to Windows 10 Pro. Tested a few things and all worked great. I did notice that the 256GB M.2 drive was reporting 467GB so I suspected some form of drive compression but couldn’t figure out what software was being used to do so. Decided to order new 1TB M.2 drive just because. Day 2: Decided to upgrade to Windows 11. Went fine and Windows 11 worked well. Then came time to update to Windows 11 22H2 and this was when the fun started. Half way through the update the screen went blank. I let everything run for about an hour or so, still nothing so I decided to shut it down – nothing. I had to actually open the laptop up and disconnect the battery to get it to turn off. Tried to do a clean install of Windows 10 but I could not delete the existing partitions to do so using the Windows 10 installation USB drive. Rebooted and used BIOS to do a secure erase of the M.2 drive. Clean install of Windows 10 then went flawlessly. Played around with it for a couple days, installed some apps to see how things worked while awaiting the new drive and everything worked as it should and only 256GB was detected on the M.2 drive now as it should be. Day 4: Received new 1TB M.2 SATA drive. Replaced 256GB drive and installed Windows 10. All good. Decided to try a clean install of Windows 11, again all good. Tried update to Windows 11 22H2. Update was not so good but still did update. I think there might be an issue with drivers specifically with the video driver, not the laptop’s fault. Did another clean install of Windows 10 and updated to Windows 10 22H2. I have been using the laptop for almost 3 weeks now and have had no issues. Love the Windows Hello face recognition login. A few things I noticed when I had the laptop opened up: - Was very clean inside - Had the larger 65Wh battery - Had the WWAN module installed (maybe at a later date will see if it will work with Verizon's network) - Did notice that the thermal pad on the M.2 drive had a chunk missing but I replaced it anyway when I replaced the drive. - No thumb reader (didn’t figure it would have that) All in all I am very happy with it so far. Really can’t beat the price. Also the screen is so crisp. It is a bit heavy when trying to read a book in bed but I knew it would be. Battery life appears really good though the longest I have had it on battery is 3 hours and the battery indicator still showed a lot of battery left. Read more

i received this Dell latitude 7390 1 week a go and i returned it the second day , it wasn't the same as described in the description and the quality was so bad, battery is dead and never recharge above 50% and when it reach 50% it will jump to 1% after 1 minute of use... the laptop heat so much, the fan makes very loud noise, and the windows is not original, after few times of starting up the device windows damaged and stop working .... my expiernace with this seller wasn't good at all , thanks amazon because it allows me to return this product and gave back my money .
