I am so pleased with the period this easy to apply soft pencil!!! I hardly use pencil liners because the hard ones are too different to apply and the soft ones always smudge, this Vamp by PUPA Milano has wowed me with its staying power. It goes in very nice and smooth because of its soft crayon and stays put all day. I ordered the blue and it is a beautiful color and is a nice change from black giving my eyes a softer look. Would I get it again or recommend it and why: For myself, probably not. For others, maybe. -It's pretty good and applies well and is creamy and not too dry. But it is not outstanding or my favorite. For the higher cost vs those that perform better at a lower cost, it’s hard to recommend. -It does not work well on the waterline (disappears) and is not quite waterproof. Color: Rockstar Gray – a deep, dark gray that's almost ebony. Formulation: The size, shape and creaminess remind me a bit (especially size and shape of the tip) of Laura Geller Inkcredible liners. I do think these don't perform nearly as well as the Laura Geller ones though and that the Laura Geller ones are far superior to these in how they wear. -This is not a pencil or kohl style, it's a creamy pencil style that you don’t sharpen but twist up from the base. Application: It wasn't too dry or too creamy. It was just right and easy to apply with no dragging, skipping or pulling. It applied very well, quite similar to the Laura Geller ones application wise. Blending: I blended it a bit on my lower lash line and it blended well and was easy to blend and smudge. Waterline and waterproof: I don't quite think this is waterproof. I tried it on my lower inner waterline above the lashes and checking it thirty minutes later-it was gone, just not there at all like I had not applied it. Removal: It removed very well and easily. I did not need to use eye-makeup remover or cleansing balm, just regular face wash removed it easily. Scent: There was no detectable scent to it. Irritation: I have very sensitive eyes and some liners cause stinging, burning or irritation-this one did not. Pros: -It isn't too dry or too creamy, it applies very well and blends nicely. -Small, fine (not the tiny ones, just quite small comparable to Laura Geller Inkcredible size tips) tip for more detailed fine application. -Nice color selection. -Removes easily with face wash, no eye makeup remover needed. -No scent. -Non-irritating and gentle. Cons: -Not quite waterproof. -Did not work well (for me at least) on the lower lash inner waterline. By 30 minutes later when checking, it was gone like I didn't apply it at all. -For the cost, there are other options that are less expensive and perform just as well if not better. It's not an outstanding formula or one of my favorites. Final Thoughts: It's not a bad eyeliner at all. It's just not outstanding or my favorite. -For the cost that's higher than many others that perform better at a lower price, I'm not sure I'd get it again or recommend it. It is average vs outstanding in performance and wear on the eye. -It's not quite waterproof and did not work well at all on the lower lash waterline. However it is a nice creamy formula that applies well to the eyelid and lower lash line (outside the waterline). Read more

I like PUPA Milano products. I have been buying them for years. I hadn't tried the PUPA Milano Vamp! Waterproof 2 In 1 Eye Pencil, though. I am happy to report that it is as great as the other products I've tried from their line. This liner is waterproof (I am not really sure why it's referred to as "2 in 1"). It goes on extremely smoothly--I use it to closely follow my lash line on both my upper and lower lashes, and it STAYS ON. This never travels, ever. I am used to some fall out with eyeliner, but this doesn't budge. The pigment is wonderful, too. It's dark and defined. Highly recommended. Read more

Foremost, I absolutely love that this arrived sealed in a harder plastic shell. At the perforated area, tease away a bit of the plastic and than pull off this protective casing, knowing that everything here is pristine and fresh! I cannot even tell you how much peace-of-mind this provides! Now, you will notice that this is a very attractive grey hue. This is a little less bold and harsh than straight black and perfect for day or work (though I often wear black eyeliner to work as well). This is easy to apply. When you go slowly and carefully, there is no skipping. And, this truly is long-wear. I did not need to correct or reapply for my entire work day.
