Glitter wise this is a 11/10! So sparkly! I think the quality is good. Material is stretchy and elastic and does quite a good job at holding boobs in place even with no bra on. And I don't have small breasts or particularly upright breasts. It's perfect for my sister's glittery hendo.. i was glad it fitted as reviews on size varied. My input is... It will fit a bigger girl.
