Good: 1. The design was ergonomic and ensures the neck collar headset doesn't fall off when you swing your head or when you're exercising. 2. The ear buds fit nicely including the body of the ear buds which amazingly fits snugly in the upper part of my ear canal. Poor: Reason for the 1-Star 1. I used it for Video Calls and experienced very little intermittent connection issues. 2. But when I used it for entertainment, I've got serious intermittent connection throughout. I tried it with WIFI, 4Gs and 5Gs, all of which were full bars of connectivity. Furthermore, I tried with different Apps like Spotify, Netflix (already downloaded movies), YouTube, TikTok other Misc entertainment apps. All of which experienced intermittent connection issues while on PLAY. PS: 1. I had bought 2 of them, one of which I am waiting for my colleague to test it out and give her feedback. I have till 10 Jun for my eligible return; so let's see. 2. I am going to turn off my Bluetooth to my Huawei WatchFit and see whether there's any difference (Cos my iPhone is constantly connected with my watch). Read more
