Massage: Use a few drops of essential oils, mixed with an unscented lotion during a spa or massage.
Beauty: Dilute 10~12 drops of essential oil with your favorite carrier oil like Coconut Oil or Almond Oil to create a great-smelling lotion safe for the skin.
Bath: Add 10~20 drops of essential oil or oil blend, 1 tablespoon of Jojoba carrier oil, and a handful of Epsom salt into a water-filled bathtub, and sit inside for at least 15 minutes.
Cleaning: Add 2 cups of distilled water, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, and 10 drops of essential oil to a spray bottle for a fresh scent.
