When I started this at first within 10 minutes water was spilling all over. However, I unplugged it and adjusted the pump lever to the middle and from then on the water began flowing at a normal speed to suit the capacity of the leaves without spilling over. I love it so much that I used the video as a wallpaper for my phone on lock screen. The water trickles down softly one into each other in a calm and inviting manner. Got this product for a present and then it died after day 2 of use. Emptied the water and refilled it with tested it again and didn’t work. This product shouldn’t be sold here. I believe I am not the only customer who has had issues with this fountain. I seriously don’t have time to return this crap. They sent me a return satchel but I don’t have the time to return is pc of crap. There must another option the returning it. It was a present. Read more
