When I first saw this my first thought was if it was the worth it, it being shy of £80 when I purchased it, so I naturally was skeptical of buying it however I took the risk. The pros: - The sound quality of the headset is impeccable, very high quality and can hear even the smallest of sounds when playing games, if you buy this purely for the PS5 there are sound options on the PS5 which allows you to customise the sound quality of this headset, something completely unique to this headset alone. - The headset itself is very high quality, in terms of the make of it. This should be known information due to the headset being made for the PS5 exclusively; but I had to mention it. - The microphone on the headset is very clear and crisp too, I know this cause my friend owns the same make of headset and I can hear him very clearly and vice versa with him. - The headset being wireless is the main reason I had bought these to begin with, purely because my old headset which were wired ended up breaking because of the wire itself. However if you want to use these when they're charging you'll have to use wires however 9 out of 10 times they'll be wireless which is a massive improvement from previous headsets. Cons: - The battery life last for 10 - 12 which could be an issue for some since its so short however this is no issue to me due to me regularly charging the headset. - The button layout is a little complicated to grasp upon at first however I was easily attuned to the layout, although I still do press the wrong button on occasion. - The price, this is a bit self explanatory, but this is a bit steep for a headset. The cons of this aren't really cons to me however I stated them incase someone would have any issues when purchasing these for themselves. El tema auriculares y sonido desde hace años es uno de los sectores más problemáticos y diversos del mercado. Pero sin entrar en detalles profesionales en cuanto a auriculares y sonido, los PULSE 3D de Sony para PlayStation son uno de los mejores productos del mercado sin lugar a dudas. Los PULSE 3D son cómodos, fáciles de configurar y tienen una calidad altísima para el precio que tienen. He probado y tenido muchos auriculares en franjas de precio que van desde los 20€ hasta los 100€ incluso sobre pasando esa cifra en algunos casos. Y debo decir que PULSE 3D es de lo mejorcito que tengo y he probado en los últimos años. Se pueden usar en PC por USB o cable, en cualquier otra consola que no sea PlayStation por las mismas vías e incluso en móvil por cable. Esto último lástima de que no se pueda usar de forma inalámbrica. El sonido de los auriculares es alto, claro, con muy buenos agudos y unos bajos fuertes. Las almohadillas son de una calidad alta y muy cómodas para usos largos (al menos en mi caso cero problema aquí). En temporadas de calor es NORMAL que te den calor, no puedes luchar contra eso. Por la parte de utilidad, los PULSE 3D te dan prácticamente todo al alcance de tu mano. Tienes opciones para subir y bajar el volumen, cuando juegas en grupo puedes dar prioridad a las voces antes que al juego para escuchar mejor a la gente. Puedes silenciarte o activar el micrófono en tan solo 1 click. Mientras que la calidad del micrófono, para ser como es que está incorporado en el propio cuerpo del aparato y es "simplemente un puntito", demuestra tener una calidad más que suficiente para ser bueno. There was a fair bit of dust on the inside of the box which set off some alarms for me, but the mic sounds fine. Microphone is decent, but the main selling point is the headphone sound, and 3D audio. I’ve tested the audio quality with various genre of music to get an idea of how well it handles music. I tried Deathcore, Hip-Hop, and Emo Trap. It seems all sounds are flat and even. This may be a bi-product of me using 3D Audio. Will need to do separate testing later. Next test was how it sounds in game. Overall pretty good. Can’t complain. It’s also nice in voice chat.
