I bought a 14900kf and it was completely unstable from day 1, I replaced it with this processor and it runs stable and fast consistently so far. This chip runs hot so buyers beware you should get a quality aio or good air cooler to keep this from temperature throttling. I currently use the master liquid 120l core water cooler and it keep the processor at 25-30C idle and ~75C under stress. I would also regretting a replacement for the stock lga1700 socket, they are known for bending and can make your temps significantly higher if it does. Read more

I previously had an i7-11th gen, and it worked reasonably well. But with new and demanding games like cyberpunk, I had some performance issues.
