Had a little issue with the wrong item being sent the first time around, but it was resolved quickly and I had the headphones in hand in two days. Thoughts: The headphones are made of plastic, but seem to be made well, and are very lightweight. The ear cuffs are the perfect size for my ears and made of soft squishy material so they don’t hurt after hours of wear. Mic and sound work well. The cord is a bit short in my opinion, could definitely be about two feet longer for more room to move, especially for taller people. Note for customers: Make sure to read the manual. It will tell you how to set up surround sound, and register your headphones with Razer on their website so they have a 2 year warranty.
