Die Fissler Steelux Pro Edelstahlpfanne ist wirklich ein Highlight in meiner Küche. Die Verarbeitung ist erstklassig – das Edelstahl fühlt sich robust und hochwertig an. Die Pfanne heizt schnell auf und verteilt die Hitze gleichmäßig, was zu optimalen Brat- und Schmorergebnissen führt. Ich schätze besonders den ergonomischen Griff, der auch bei längerem Gebrauch gut in der Hand liegt. Die Reinigung ist unkompliziert, selbst angebrannte Speisereste lassen sich leicht entfernen. Ich kann die Pfanne nur empfehlen!! Man kann sie mit einem Drahtschwamm reinigen, weil sie unbeschichtet ist und aus Edelstahl besteht. Sie wird sehr gut heiß. Wenn ich was braten möchte, habe ich es auf 6 statt auf 9 und es reicht völlig aus. Read more

Il costo vale la pena in questo caso e l'acciaio inox é sicura (a livello alimentare), non cambia il gusto di ciò che si cucina ed é perfetto per tutto tranne la cottura delle uova ;-). Non ho preso il coperchio della marca perché i modelli in vetro non sono "puliti" con il tempo (non si può pulire facilemente nell'intersezione del coperchio e del manico allora che un tutto acciaio non ha questo problema). Una sola cosa trovo dispiacente e non aver trovato equivalenti Made in Italy.... (compriamo Italiano, anche se più caro, per favore !) Read more

I have other Fissler pans that are very easy to clean which is why I decided to splash out on this. Its incredible for cooking at high temperatures, so it should be at this price. The problem is the cleaning, its not as easy as i thought it would be but then again, its easier than my other frying pans. Plus, it returns to as clean as it was when I bought it, not many frying pans you can say that about. Read more
