Il costo vale la pena in questo caso e l'acciaio inox é sicura (a livello alimentare), non cambia il gusto di ciò che si cucina ed é perfetto per tutto tranne la cottura delle uova ;-). Non ho preso il coperchio della marca perché i modelli in vetro non sono "puliti" con il tempo (non si può pulire facilemente nell'intersezione del coperchio e del manico allora che un tutto acciaio non ha questo problema). I have other Fissler pans that are very easy to clean which is why I decided to splash out on this. Its incredible for cooking at high temperatures, so it should be at this price. The problem is the cleaning, its not as easy as i thought it would be but then again, its easier than my other frying pans. Plus, it returns to as clean as it was when I bought it, not many frying pans you can say that about. Read more
