I have used this product for a year or two. I first purchased it from my local esthetic center and it worked great! After a month my lashes were longer and darker. Later on I saw the was for sale on Amazon, so when I ran out of my first tube, I purchased my next tube of Obagi lash serum from Amazon. I continued to get great results with long and darker lashes. After using up that tube, I purchased another tube of the lash serum from Amazon. I noticed after opening the tube to use the serum the brush seemed different. It was much shorter than the last few tubes I have used. After using this tube for a few weeks I noticed my lasher quit growing and had lightened up. I used the whole tube up and my lashes continued to stay short and light. I have a feeling I got a bad tube and at $120.00 a tube, it was very disappointing. I purchased my next tube of Obagi eyelash serum from my local esthetic center again and within a few weeks my lashes started to get longer and darker. Personally I’m going to stick with purchasing the eyelash serum from my local esthetic center, so if I have problems with receiving a bad tube, I can return it for another one. Not sure if the seller on Amazon would refund or exchange this product after a month or two after noticing it’s a bad tube. Read more

This really works! You have to be consistent, line your upper lashes every night, I did it in the am and pm. It took a while…. probably 3 months and WOW. I’m allergic to lash extensions so I was a little concerned that I may have an issue with Obagi but no problems! Read more

Ok guys, I used to use R & F lash lift serum and that stuff worked. I tried several inexpensive brands but those didn’t do the job. I love Obaji products so knew this would be good. I just didn’t realize HOW good! You guys, within the WEEK my lashes look amazing! (I’m not getting free products to write this.) It started working so well that I was motivated to perm my lashes and dye them ( myself at home : both Amazon products) and I have to say, I am SO happy with my results!!
