This is such a nice knife set. The quality seems solid. Knives are so sharp so be very careful! But that’s what you would except from a good set. Haven’t used the built in sharpener yet but we like the idea of that feature. Quality of knives seem to be solid. A bit pricey but worth it. Read more

Our old set was getting to be a hassle to sharpen and we saw this one has the built in sharpener. These knives are nice and sharp right out of the box. I mean really sharp like a knife should be. It does not have a bread knife but that isn't a problem because I can get one separately. The built in sharpener is simple to use, and designed only for the knives in this set. Read more
