I got these specifically to run in outside. For that purpose they're great. They fit very snuggly on my face and they don't fall off when I am running jumping or doing any type of physical activity. They are also very very very lightweight so it doesn't add any extra weight to my face or pocket if I'm carrying them around. The polarized lenses are a nice touch to keep the glare away and they also look really great and the white color.
