It's not bad of a health drink I would recommend it to anyone if you can get past the taste you wouldn't regret it. There are ways to deal with the taste I usually mix it with mango juice by Snapple..... Do not be afraid of the fact that this is green! I know green smoothie stuff tends to have a very grassy, earthy taste that people tend to shy away from or avoid altogether. That is not the case with this. It is YUMMY! And I don't mean yummy for something that's healthy. I mean, this is just yummy in general. in fact, I am absolutely hooked on adding this to my smoothies each day because not only does it have a lot of the nutrients and vitamins and stuff that I need, it's really good tasting. I mean surprisingly good tasting. I always make a version of a tropical smoothie each day with pineapples, bananas, mangoes, coconut water, things like that. So the flavor of this goes very well with my usual daily smoothie. The other thing that I like is that it blends up really well, nice and smooth, whether I am be seen it by hand or using it in my blender. I have also noticed that my *ahem* bathroom habits have been very regular, very smooth and spot on so that is a pleasing result as well. I’m only on day 2 but what I can say is that the taste is so good. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m using super cold water to mix it with or what. I've had to come back and amend my review. I previously gave this a much lower rating because I just couldn't handle the taste of the coconut flavoured powder. I ended up managing to drink it with flavoured water. Since then I've bought the mango flavour...its a game changer. I can actually drink it and enjoy it with just water and ice! This product has done so much for me. The energy I've got from it is unreal. I'm awake every morning at 6am and just feel ready to start the day. I've started running to release all this extra energy too!...this has resulted in me losing 2-3lb a week in the last month! Read more
