Initial review: I honestly bought this so that I can get 20 g of protein in my coffee. I bought collagen peptides (different brand) before in vanilla flavor and i already use french vanilla creamer in my coffee so it was gross. This time i chose this brand unflavored, no sugar, 20 g of protein and I must say I love how quickly it dissolves in my coffee and doesn’t throw off the taste. Personally, I really liked this collagen and found it very helpful and effective! I’ve noticed a big difference on my skin as it is now finally hydrated and on its very own!! Meaning.,, I don’t longer need to apply moisturizer every hour bc it’s helped my skin get hydrated. My skin definitely feels a lot more rejuvenated and healthier! I add the powder to a nice warm cup of coffee first thing in the morning and dissolves perfectly. I mix is good enough to just to make sure there are no clumps. I do find it to dissolve a lot easier and faster with warm liquids but it still dissolves good. There is no taste and that’s what I was looking for anyway. The ingredients are visible on the label and it’s definitely a must have! I’ve seen improvement with my back discomfort and definitely feels a lot better and relieving. I’ve been using this particular one for about three months now and many people have noticed my hair getting super long! It does provide pain relief and especially for the joints and muscles. I do not like the flavor of most protein powders. This brand is mostly flavorless. It mixes well into oatmeal or yogurt. Just do NOT put it in any unflavored liquid on its own. Keep it mixed in with other food/liquid that can hide the taste. I made that mistake. On its own, in a glass of water, the powder flavor was unmistakable, and for a while after I kept tasting in food items I had previously not noticed it in. Almost ruined the powder for me! Thankfully that aftertaste faded and I can once again mix this into food without noticing it. So just don't do that. Otherwise it's awesome stuff. Most protein powders make me sick. This one doesn't.
