HOW TO USE

Although gua sha massage sounds easy to operate as well as the tools, it requires precise
angle and technique in the correct directions.

Begin facial gua sha massage after both cleansing the face and applying a
moisturizer or facial oil, start at the neck area and move upwards. The tool should be
held at a 15-degree angle, be gently glided along the skin using sweeping, upward
strokes. Repeat each motion 3 to 5 times.

Start from the center of your chin and sweep the gua sha tool across the jawline
on the way until reach your ear. Repeat 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

Use upward and outward strokes on the neck, jawline, chin and mouth area.
Once reach to your forehead, sweep in an upward motion from the eyebrows to the
hairline. Repeat 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

Please DO NOT do gua sha massage over open skin. DO NOT try to no-pain-no-
gain yourself with facial gua sha. Use gentle motions and apply super light
pressure on your face especially around the eyes area, the weight of the tools will do
the rest.

HOW TO CLEAN&STORE
♦ Wipe the facial massage tools with alcohol or wash with warm water and soap then use
a dry tissue or cloth to wipe them clean after every use.

♦ After finishing the cleanup, please place the massage tools into the fridge for
a relaxing and cooling experience the next time of using.
