I bought this product to use for my small business. I have zero prior knowledge of cutting machines and figured this would be one of the better affordable options. I receive this fairly fast. I first made wedding invitations using the pen writing feature for a friend to test it out. It took me 4 hours to get this thing to outline 3 invitations because it wouldn't work properly ( I had it directly plugged into my laptop). So I automatically assumed it was broke because it was loading the paper, registering for a second, and freezing. My husband thought it was ridiculous to spend the money I did on this thing so I wasn't about to give up.... long story short. It was my laptops USB connector that is messed up and it wouldn't connect properly. I found this out when I connected it via Bluetooth and I have yet to have another issue. ATM I have had it for 3 weeks and have printed over 200 mini vinyl clothing labels and its worked great. I will warn you after several vinyl prints I noticed the upper right corner from inches 8 to 12 tend to not cut through as well, but overall it is a great product, quick to learn, and easy to use once you know what your doing.
