This supplement is a bit difficult to review in terms of efficacy as Lion's Mane has several benefits according to Healthline and other sources, but those are all long term benefits. For example, I haven't developed Dementia in the past 2 weeks while I have been taking this, but I probably would not have anyway. That said, I feel that the long term benefits are worth the small investment in taking this anyway. As for product quality, these seem to be well made. The capsules are typical size, and they are all filled evenly and consistently. They are not difficult to swallow, and have no taste. The label notes that they are assembled in the USA, but does not provide any insight as to the source of the actual Lion's Mane extract. Read more
