Ashwagandha seems to be the new big thing in the supplement world. There is lots of hype around its medical benefits. From my understanding, most of these claims have only anecdotal evidence, so there is no outright proof of what this supplement can do for you. The packaging is clearly labelled. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste. They have a red colour, which I found made me a bit uneasy, because red is associated in the brain as a danger, it's a rather strange choice for a supplement said to be good for stress relief and blood pressure! You get 60 capsules, which is 1-2 months worth at one or two a day. Other supplements tend to have a 3 month supply at around the same price point. I'm also not entirely convinced these have a huge benefit. At most, they may be a placebo or offer a minimal boost to relaxation. If you're interested in seeing if Ashwagandha works for you, by all means give this product a go, but personally this wouldn't be something I would purchase as a must have. Read more

I noticed someone else mentioned this also but these supplements don't seem to be KSM66. KSM66 Ashwagandha is fully extracted from the roots of the herb and not any other part of the plant, it's well researched and is considered full spectrum. That being said I also found benefits with this Ashwagandha supplement. This has helped me feel more relaxed at bedtime and I believe it's improved my sleep quality a little bit. After hearing so many good things about the benefits of Ashwagandha I decided to try it out for myself. So far I am very pleased with the results. The capsules contain 500mg root powder and I take one per day although I am considering upping the dosage. So far I have noticed that I have a lot less brain fog and I feel more energised than usual but I know it could take a bit longer before I really see clear benefits. The capsules have a slightly spicy aroma to them and I can taste it upon swallowing but it's not very strong and quickly disappears. Overall it seems to be a quality product and I am very happy.
