This item worked beautifully for 6 months. After that, the USB A ports stopped working. I tried to get a warranty exchange from Anker. After a few exchanges with them, they finally agreed that the item had become defective... but they couldn't replace it because they don't have any on hand and don't know when they would. I asked for a replacement with the previous model but they couldn't do that either for whatever reason. So they offered a 60% refund which I had little choice but to accept it. This is hands down the slickest docking station around. The feel is great. Very durable and I would highly recommend. I use a dual monitor set up and have an HDMI cable connected to Monitor 1 and a thunderbolt cable running to Monitor 2. Highly recommend it. 4/13/2023 Update - Updating my review. This is hands down one of the best docking station I have tried - if it worked! After less than two months of using this docking station, they dock is no longer working. I thought it was cables at first, and replaced them as the dock would turn on. I replaced the cables, checked ports on my Mac, restarted the Mac, checked for updates, and narrowed the issue down to the docking station. I purchased another docking station - different brand, and it fixed the problem. Sucks that I have to eat over $300 since I passed the amazon 30-day return policy. Save your money.
