so 23 dollars worth ehhh ??? but it works great . only cons are the coal and flavor port is not sturdy doesn't fit into each other well so its on a lean , and ofcourse the light barely was working looked kind of used but to SET UP , here are the steps 1. pull off top . the clear plastic tube and circle plastic piece with holes attach to each other 2. and the structure from step 1 to the black piece with the hole in the middle you pulled off . refer to pictures on here as well 3. add water half of cup . i had found out if it was to much ( add water then put smoking hose in the proper hole and pull it with top shut 4 . so close the lip with step 1 pieces connected to the black top . add you hose in the side and the clear 2 stoppers put one in the other hole thats whats going to get the pull ( aka air way ) 5. pictures is confusing use my picture are reference too , thicker tray with holes is your flavor tray fill it up , add thinner tray with holes on top as best as you can add coal (lit ) of course and pull and it should work Read more
