Very disappointing. I bought the 2 machines 18 months ago. Out of the blues one machine gave error 6, since Eufy does not have maintenance workshops I contacted the company. It came out that they do not produce sensors as spare parts because it is too expensive, harsh reality they say but I have accept. In other wirds you buy a vacuum robot cleaner and if if breaks after one year the only option you have is to throw it away, it becomes difficult to accept this error 6 seems quite common. I am copying their e mail reply to my query for you you: Dear Abedallatif Alsharif, Thank you for effort on this matter, really appreciate it. If the troubleshooting does not help, the product is most likely defective. The error 6 is the problem with your sensors, and we feel more than sorry to inform you that because repairing the sensor is very difficult, our warehouse will also not produce such parts. I'm very sorry to say the order you sent us expired its 12-month warranty, so, due to the firm application of our policy, we are unable to send a new one or issue a refund, in the event the troubleshooting does not work. I apologize if this may sound a little harsh and hope you can understand I would like to sincerely apologize to you for this. Rest assured, our goal is always to develop products that you will enjoy for many years. This is the second Eufy robot I buy - the first one is a Robotic 30c - nothing wrong with it but it is a bit dumb (known to fall off the stairs a few times and well... the suction power is not that great but definitely way better than me having to do the hoovering!) and has no mapping facility. So, the house being big, I decided to buy a second one with mapping capabilities. the X8 Hybrid is simply wonderful: suction power is fantastic (I use the boostIQ feature which dynamically switches the suction power according to the floor type) - it is fast, intelligent (no falling off the stairs!) and the mopping is good enough. Of course, it won't replace a good wash of the floors from time to time but I have decided that I have way better things to do with my life than mopping every 2 days. there are a few annoying glitches from time to time but they are app related - nothing to do with the primary function of the robot. I am sure that the app will continue improving. Overall, I highly recommend this robot! I could have integrated with Alexa or Google Home but since I entered the schedule in the app, I don't need this integration (hence the 3 stars.. reflecting a neutral review). I however want to understand if from Alexa, I can say something like "go clean the kitchen".. that would be interesting to see if it works.. but I do work in IT hence an intellectual curiosity more than a feature I would really use. This was on offer during the Christmas period so I thought I'd take the plunge and I'm really glad I did. Whilst it's still quite expensive the effort it saves is amazing. I used to spend my Saturday mornings going round with the vacuum and targeting key areas like the kitchen and front door area. But using the Uefy (Which I also named Alfred because another reviewer called theirs Alfred after Batmans Butler :D ) I can just set it going any time of day using my phone. The multimap feature is excellent which allows it to work both upstairs and downstairs. They recommend having multiple base-units but they aren't really needed. I chose where I was going to keep the base unit, then let Alfred map the downstairs first, then moved the base upstairs and let it map upstairs. Once I'd done that, I just leave the base downstairs and always put Alfred in the same starting position whenever I want to clean upstairs, simple! The mop function isn't that great. I don't know what I was expecting but the small canister of water on the back getting dragged round didnt feel that useful or provide a good mopping experience. Overall it keeps the dust levels low and means that if you ever need to get the main vacuum out its for a very specific reason. Highly recommended! Read more

I’ve purchased it. It was working fine and suddenly it stopped working and got charging issues. Replaced battery spent so much money on servicing still not able to identify the issue. Not a good service team no use buying these things

I received a used defective eufy RoboVac X8 which did not work at all.

As per company running battery time is 150 minutes but actually only 90 minutes running

The product was good and much useful for daily cleaning.however battery performance is not as expected as per OM manual and less than 90 min at one stretch.

Vacuum is good, it is able to vacuum most of the debris fine. App is easy to use, no mop, no go zones and boundaries can be set. Schedules can be set to automatically do the cleaning at set time.Mop is very bad, almost doesn't mop at all. Water tank has not water flow controls. Water flow is so low that mop (attached wet) would get dry in minutes and afterwards there is no mopping. Basically there is almost no water being dispensed from the water tank. I thought my unit is faulty, raised a ticket with customer support. They took the unit back and provided me with a new unit. The new unit has exactly the same issue. So I guess it is design flaw and not the unit problem. (Water flow works on gravity, but the water tank is air tight, so no air pressure to push water out it seems.)

اشتريتها قبل 7 أشهر وبقيت تعمل بشكل ممتاز ولكن منذ أيام خربت البطارية وكان تعامل أمازون ممتاز فقد أرجعوا لي قيمة المكتسة وسأشتري مكنسة جديدة لأني تعودت عليها فهي رائعة

It was working perfectly, and 8 months later the battery stopped charging and it gave an error notification.

The best robot I have got

I bought it last year, it was working fine until a month ago when it started showing Error 6 Device Stuck or TrappedI tried every possible solution suggested by them for over a month and nothing worked. It is currently not working and their response is -sorry your warranty is expired. So if you get this device just know that in one year you’re going to have to throw it in the trash. Waste of money.

A Great Product, Easy to use, suction is very good and it removes all the dust.Mapping is easy, and modifying the maps and creating rooms and Zones are 80% Automatic and you just need to refine little bit.Completely satisfied and will recommend this product.

Now after 3 months no water is spraying at all from the tank. Vaccum works well.

Eufy doesn’t have any authorized service center in UAE for repairs after warranty.Even the parts are not available in this region.Think twice before buying such an expensive product otherwise you will regret buying it.

Powerful vacuum performance , sucks up a phenomenal amount of unseen dirt however the mop function leaves wheel tracks behind it so not the best but does the job.

It does what it needs to do nicely and smoothly. Very good investment. Worth it.
