It took 3 weeks to reach me (it was informed upon placing order), even though there is no tracking available, seller is quite responsive. I would give 5 stars if they provide installation service too (at least an payable option). It took me appx 40mins to get it all fixed, as it quite heavy when fixing the bottom. I am really impressed with this chair. I am tall, 6 ft 3in, and this chair is great. First off, the seat bottom is deep enough. Second, the lumber support is great - fully adjustable. The head rest is great, I used it much more than I expected when leaning back. The base is cast aluminum, not plastic and the wheels are sturdy and spin well. The materials are very, very good. Ho acquistato questa sedia e devo dire che ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative! Dopo settimane passate a cercare una sedia che fosse comoda, funzionale ed esteticamente piacevole, questa si è rivelata la scelta perfetta in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo. Per mia preferenza personale, ero alla ricerca di una sedia con un buon sostegno lombare che è la zona che, se ben sostenuta, mi permette di star seduto composto. Devo dire che mi son trovato molto bene con il supporto regolabile di questa sedia. Grazie alla rotella per regolarlo, può adattarsi sia a chi desidera un sostegno più “blando” che chi, come me, vuole un sostegno più “spinto”. La rete traspirante dello schienale è resistente ma morbida al tatto e la seduta è comoda e imbottita al punto giusto, garantendo comodità anche dopo molte ore di utilizzo. Devo dire anche che ha un bel design. Braccioli e poggiatesta sono regolabili in altezza ma non in altre direzioni, e questo probabilmente può essere un difetto per alcuni. Ma personalmente invece sono riuscito a trovare la combinazione vincente di setup. Inoltre sganciando verso l’esterno la levetta che permette la regolazione in altezza, si può sganciare lo schienale che diventa così reclinabile. Devo dire che è super comodo e nei momenti di relax mi piace mettere in tale posizione con lo schienale reclinato. I was a little concerned that i would struggle with the build of the chair. It was very well thought out by company including providing gloves to use. This comes in handy when using the provided screwdriver to tighten all the screws. One issue i did was was the casters are difficult to put in. However once i aligned the caster so that it was straight i was able to use my what to whack it...a bit painful on the hand but the chair is so strudy that its worth a 1 minute discomfort. Worst case let one of your kids do that part. All in all happy with the comfort of the chair and the setup of the head rest which is quite flexible. Super comfortable and the color (i purchased the grey one) is very nice a little change from black. Read more
