I purchased the Headphone along with case. I have been using JBL Speakers and I was very happy with the brand JBL. However , this particular Headphone , I barely used few times and one day i discovered that the headphone’s left side headband is broken while taking this out from the case. I approached customer care (thr their whatsaap chat only) and they were not even commutative and didnt helped at all. They wrote over whatsapp that this cannot be repaired and they refused to replace as well. Dont recommend buying this product. And the services of JBL / HARMAN is terrible in UAE Read more
