Excellent service, great guys. This scooter differs from earlier versions by having cruise control, the absence of elastomer, and all threaded parts securely fastened with thread locker. The speed is also limited to 41 km/h. I can ride about 40-50 kilometers on a single charge. After a couple of days, the headlight malfunctioned and I had to go to the service center. They replaced the headlight without any problems and even gave me more comfortable handlebars as a gift. The scooter is excellent, well-made, and works great for urban areas

Firstly, this is a 2020 model and not 2024. Secondly, the steering wheel is very short, I had to buy an extension.Poor quality wheel tubes, bearings are also bad.The basic equipment is quite poor.But overall, I like the scooter; I’ve been riding it for more than two years.The battery is powerful.

I tested it 1 week, and I must say that I am surprised! I've read some bad reviews but frankly not disappointed. It goes fast (I weigh 93 kg) the leds are very nice. However, the light at the front does not advance much. Too bad for the night!

I have previously experience with Xiaomi Pro 2 - but it have been slightly slow for meThis model impressed me.I use it for commute - 9km in one direction and 9km back.Not it is almost 600km passed - almost everything seems okPros: Not too heavy - I able to move it myself via some obstacles (but my wife don').VERY good amortization. Great speedcons: Need to be careful with speed and always use helmet.Some screws need to be reviewed after time - I lost of them suddenly

If you are buying this for suspension or ride quality like i did, its a bad choice. Suspension is very stiff, you could hardly get the action from springs, Knobby tires also add to the bad ride quality. Digital Readout is very inaccurate in all paramaters like battery level, speed etc. Otherwise a very good scoot for a great price

I bought the scooter but as soon as I decided to do a road test it started misbehaving, it suddenly stops and boots later after like 30 minutes on its own, I initially thought it did not charge enough, I fully charged it and tried again. It did the same thing, i ended up walking for the rest of the distance back home, it could not accelerate at all..I wasn’t happy at all and i had return it and look for a better scooter

At the beginning, when I bought the scooter, I had a small issue with the alignment of the steering wheel, nothing serious, just I was not able to fix it by myself.So I contacted the center, they fixed it everything in 5 min and gave me more informations and insights to use the scooter at its full potential. Excellent customer service and experience.Apart from this, the scooter is amazing for its speed, versatility and long range battery life. I purchased this product on 18th December 2024 it was working fine in non rainy l days however after 5 minutes of rain while going back from the work to my house the main wire and display got damaged and it’s not working anymore I did my best to find the damaged parts I couldn’t find it at all it was really sad experience for as the quality doesn’t match the price , however I contacted Kugoo team in Dubai they was very helpful and professional as they fixed my scooter quickly and of course with some discounted charges as the warranty was not covering the affected parts, this message to inform the buyers to be careful the scooter it is not water proof don’t touch it with water, thank you Kugoo team 👍🏻

Previously I had Ninebot scooter and tried few Mi scooters, but this one is much more powerful and comfortable, it gives you real joy from driving and performance feelings. I am 82 kg, but still I can drive the max speed (there is the limitation for 41,7 km/h) and at least 35+ km distance, which is really good.Minor minuses:rubber grips leave some smell on the hands after driving and are not very comfortable (but you can easily replace them)front light needs some adjustments (it's easy to fix)battery indicator shows the capacity based on current usage (but you will adopt after one week of riding)no mobile app, all the setup could be done through settings monitor menu

I don't have regrets in my purchase because the quality is good although the bearing is a bit a downside because it's only plastic sealed one. The seller is very professional in handling my situation and replaced the parts free of charge. It would be better if they replaced it with sturdy bearing so it can last longer.

The Kugoo dealer located in JLT Dubai by far has the best customer service team in any retail store. 5/5 starsOrdered the scooter from amazon, arrived with a bent rear drum. Asaad from Kugoo Dubai picked up the scooter from my place, replaced the drum, the rear brakes caliper and pads, adjusted the brake handles to the optimum position, gave insights about driving the scooter, and dropped it back to my place free of charge!I'd recommend that you spend an extra hundred dirhams and buy it directly from Kugoo JLT to avoid any inconvenience from amazon with bad storage or damage during delivery.Scooter 4/5pros:- Affordable- Fast (41.7 km/h)- Somewhat stable, comfortable ride on bumps, decent front & rear lights- Shock absorbers & beefy tires- Can take a beating, made of solid materialCons:- Heavy (23 kgs)- Once folded, the handle bar doesn't lock. Cannot be picked up with one hand.- Stock rubber handles slide off easily and tend to bruise the skin (ask Kugoo for aftermarket ones)- Handles do not fold, storage can be an issue, can fit in a saloon car trunk with some wiggling- Motor isn't the most powerful, struggles on steep inclines, yet has good pickup on straightsHaven't tested the full range yet. Have done continues 9kms+ at full speed with no issues.

I am really happy with my KUGOO G2 Pro. I got it mostly to go to the mosque and it served me well. It is fast! Be careful going full throttle. It is perfect for the city: it is quite powerful, can go long distances, and is not extremely heavy. I am totally happy with my order from official KUGOO dealer in the UAE represented by seller Escooters1.Before I was using a Xiomi for a distance of 7 -10 km km/day. Now, with this purchase starts also the phase of enjoyment for longer distance and any kind of street surface due to included suspensions. It doesn’t feel anymore like a “shakingparcours”. Definitely, I can’t compare the previous Xiomi from 2019 with the new purchase, it is totally different brand and e-scooter category.There is no such comparison. This purchase is more about comfort, safety and enjoyment. It’s a bit heavy in carrying it and requires more effort for any kind of stairs, as it is bigger as well. Also with full charge between 30-45 km depending on your riding gear, stops, environment surface and weather/temperature/wind/humidity.I want to highlight the dedicated support of the owner due to his business professionalism.Once the e-scooter has been delivered - one hardshell cover for the rear tire was damaged due to Amazon transport . As soon as I’ve reached out to him and described the current delivery situation incl. pics - he immediately offered to exchange the entire scooter and since then, following up regularly how my entire riding experience with the e-scooter is running. The price is definitely a bit higher as usual “comparative” competitors but the customer service is definitely a plus and safety feeling. Their shop is available during the week. You can visit for maintenance from time to time depending on your km and aging process.A friend is riding the same model since 2021 and for more than 3,500 km. He was playing a device role for this purchase. Glad to know about such e-scooter performance.Great job and dedication with the onsite supportPls keep it up! That makes a difference to other sellers!
