The door looks and feels nice. 1- this lock size is mortise 24Cm while most doors in UAE are 22 . This means you have to drill multiple holes and expand existing slot in your door. The installation cost is higher than the cost of the lock 2- The battery is very light-weight and flimsy. Not sure how long it would last 3- Th App does not show door current status (locked/unlocked) and does not even allow you to lock remotely unless someone pressed on a button on the door itself 4-Generating a passcode is not straight forward , and it takes ages before the code becomes effective 5- No supported by Alexa or google 6- The seller was very cooperative I was about to return this lock for the high installation cost (350AED) and for lack of integration with Alexa Read more
