I really liked it and it's great for working out at home. The bands really make your body work but it's also not painful. I have back and knee problems so this was great to add to my routine. I just wish the bands were adjustable. I'm unfortunately a little too short for some the exercises with it. But the height friendly exercises I could do were great. I love it. Purchased the upgraded version of the pink bar. Had no issues getting it set up and I love that it came with exercises for each part of the body on the insert. Directions sucked but this is my second bar in 3 years (misplaced the first bar). I got this one for the door anchor so I can take with me and lose out on fitness. And for the record I’m 5’5.6 and had zero issues with the bar being too short for me. And the bands seem to be pretty sturdy as well. Can easily see this product lasting a couple years or longer if you aren’t rough on the equipment. Read more
