The Medium size fits snug, next to skin, but not tight enough compared to other compression shirts (especially around the abs). Could go with S but then that might be too small. Ich empfehle immer eine Nummer größer zu kaufen als man eigentlich trägt, weil die T Shirts in China hergestellt wird und dadurch kleiner ausfallen als normalerweise.
