For my uses I prefer the periodontics' head. The charge lasts a LONG time and over a year I think maybe I've charged it 4 times total. It has a nice pouch and I take it with me on short and long international travels; it is a regular part of my travel kit. It comes with plenty of heads that work for everyone's different needs and you can buy replacements, also.
